PIPETRONIX
Trade show booth
Trade show stand design for a pipeline inspection, integrity and maintenance company. A modular structure was developed
that could be arranged to cover different areas: 3x3mt, 3x6 mt, 3x9 mt, 6x6 mt, 6x9 mt, The same structure was used for
many fairs in different cities within Mexico. The design was done in AC-3, a design firm run by Emiliano Godoy and Luis Mercado.
For each show the stand was assembled in a different way, and some new furniture or graphics were produced. The booth
was put in place by a group of six people in two days, and was transported in a 3 1/2 ton truck. This gave the company great
versatility and speed. The structure was manufactured from steel tubing. The individual pieces were easy to move by a single
person, making the assembly extremely easy.
A scale model of all the components was made, showing the potential of the modular system and the proportion of the
structure in relation to the furniture and machinery to be exhibited.
