Trade show booth
Trade show booth design for a pipeline inspection, integrity and maintenance company. Due to the clients lack of physical
products to exhibit, the booth was targeted at customer services and to promote the companies new image. The design was
done in AC-3, a design firm run by Emiliano Godoy and Luis Mercado.
The booths structure could be adapted to cover areas from 3x6 to 6x9 meters. The upper floor was a private meeting room,
while the lower space was used to attend customers and clients, and to show videos and multimedia presentations. An original
version of the structure had two "wings" that supported light fixtures. A second version was designed to accommodate a
screen on the second level. The projector was inside the tower that supports the roof, which lowers the ambient light at the
screen. allowing for a better projection.
The structure had a high production cost, but was used on several occasions, which sets the individual event cost below
competing rental structures, and reduced environmental impacts during production and disposal stages.
