GEO This recycled candy wrapper bag was developed for Ecoist, a brand that develops fashion accessories for the eco-minded individual made from recycled, organic, or earth-friendly materials, and are manufactured through a network of fair trade partnerships around the world. Ecoist sources the candy wrappers and other waste-bound materials from factories that discard them due to printing defects or overruns. Emiliano Godoy developed this piece using the pre-consumer recycled candy wrappers, internal reinforcement of post-consumer recycled paper and 3-form plastic with a 40% pre-consumer recycled content for the hardware and internal, non-visible joints.
